1. Acceptance

By playing Clout Kingdom ("the Game") at cloutkingdom.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play.

3. Your account

We create an anonymous account to save your progress. You can save it with an email address to use it on other devices (required before making a purchase). You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device and account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload screenshots that are not of your own profiles, or otherwise misrepresent your follower/like counts;
Falsify, fabricate, or manipulate verification images or data;
Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or interfere with other players or the service;
Use slurs, hate speech, or harassment in your handle, war cries, or any content shown to other players — competitive trash talk is part of the game; attacks on who someone is (race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability) are not;
Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems.

We may filter, remove, or rename offending content, and may suspend or reset accounts that violate these rules.

5. Virtual items

Troops, accolades, levels, and other in-game items are virtual and have no monetary value. They are not your property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be modified or removed. Purchased troops are covered by section 6. If we introduce any redeemable features in the future, additional terms will apply and will be presented to you at that time.

6. Purchases

You can buy packs of troops with real money. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What you're buying. A limited, non-transferable license to use virtual troops in the Game. Purchased troops work like any other troops: they have no cash value, are not your property, cannot be sold, traded for money, or redeemed for cash, and can be spent, lost in battle, raided, or rebalanced as part of normal play.
Your account. You must save your account with an email address before buying, so your purchases aren't tied to a single device. Keep access to that email.
Delivery. Troops are added to your army once your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. If they haven't arrived within a few minutes, reopen the Game, then contact us.
Refunds. Because troops are delivered immediately, purchases are final once credited, except where the law requires otherwise or where we made a mistake (for example, a duplicate charge or troops that never arrived) — email us within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the troops are credited. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we may remove the corresponding troops.
Minors. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.
Prices. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout, may change, and may include applicable taxes.
Availability. Troop packs are currently sold only to players in the United States. We may expand to other countries later.
Changes. We may change or discontinue packs or the store. Accounts suspended for cheating or abuse (section 4) forfeit purchased items.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its artwork, name, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. Third-party platform names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any automatically read figures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
